The very efficient public transport system (bus/taxi), which can be used close to the apartment, can take you to all the centres of the Amalfi Coast. We recommend using public transports to visit these towns as parking can be difficult on arrival. From Praiano it is also easy to organise boat trips to get to Amalfi and Sorrento. Close to the apartment there is a variety of local shops including a grocer’s, (which offers a delivery service) providing wonderful fresh local and typical products, ideal for lovers of cooking.

If you love naturalistic pathways, you can easily reach, from the Praiano vacation rental, the famous 'Sentiero degli Dei', a pathway linking the Amalfi Coast to the Sorrento Coast.

Praiano has also a famous beach, Marina di Praia, approx. 500 mts. away, which can be reached on foot from the town and through a series of steps or, more conveniently, by the local bus service. This pretty pebble beach is surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering exquisite fresh fish menus as well as traditional local cuisine and is wonderful to explore by day or by night. Positano, among the most famous centres in the Amalfi Coast, is just 6 km from Praiano.

ACCOMMODATION
Iris holiday apartment in Praiano is 20 steps higher than the street level, has a bright hall leading to the dining/living room area and, on the left, a newly fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor there is the main bathroom with shower, which has been elegantly decorated. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with wc/hand basin. Both bedrooms are double, one slightly larger. The larger bedroom of  this luxury apartment in Praiano is furnished in a traditional style and has a small high window. The other is bright and cheerfully furnished and opens directly onto a balcony (with a small table and chairs) with a spectacular view of the sea and coastline. The Iris, a Praiano vacation house,  is the ideal location to experience the local atmosphere of a small town while, at the same time, it provides an easy access to the larger, more famous towns along the coast, providing you with a true experience of the wonderful Amalfi Coast.
